The first work of the cycle. Stone — heavy, a symbol of permanence — contrarily and perversely became a toy. The hand visible from under the fabric, speaking of self-control, self-reliance and above all decisiveness, wrapped tight in the material, gives a sense of strength.

The inspiration is childhood memory: days spent with grandmother Melania, a seamstress, grew into a passion for sewing — purses, napkins, doll clothes and hand puppets. The base's shape is set by the shape of the puppet itself: vertical, straight, it lets the stone form come alive.
